Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the Philippines. Most letters arrive within [X–Y] days after your payment is confirmed, depending on the address.
How do I pay?
Pay via GCash, then upload a screenshot of your receipt on the order form. We confirm every payment before printing.
How many photos can I include?
1 photo is included free. Extra photos are ₱10 each, up to 5 per letter. JPG, PNG, and WebP files work best.
Will the recipient know it's from me?
Only if you sign your name in the letter. We don't add your name anywhere else.
Why do you need my Facebook profile?
So we can message you order updates, from payment to delivery. We don't post anything or contact your friends.
Who reads my letter?
Only the person who prints and packs your order. Your photos are deleted after delivery.
